Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

• In original condition
• Unworn and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Restocking fee may apply

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@artbyorea.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Warranties

Quality Guarantee

We warrant that our jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and color variations. These are not considered defects.
